The winner of the June LCDHD Employee Excellence Award is Janson Hoskins!
Janson is a health educator and is based at the District Office. He was nominated for his quality of work, customer service, teamwork, and leadership. Janson’s nomination states he always goes the extra mile to help his health education teammates, even while dealing with his own personal situations. Janson also implemented a new program at Russell County Middle School. It was stated that Janson “pays attention to detail and is willing to think ahead to identify problems before they arise.”
