The winner of the April LCDHD Employee Excellence Award is Dustin Smith!
Dustin is an IT specialist and is based at the District Office. He was nominated for his quality of work, customer service, teamwork, and innovation. Dustin not only helped clinic staff when the postal meters encountered issues with not being able to load funds, but he also created the LCDHD text app that will allow us to ensure that all of our clients have access to our patient survey after leaving the clinic. Dustin is always kind and prompt in his responses and is always eager to help in any way he can.
