WALKTOBER 2024

We are making it easier for everyone to participate in Walktober this year! We are expanding our routes to include YOUR route!
Join us in October as we Walk for a Healthier Life!  It is FREE and open to everyone!
During Walktober, complete at least 3 walks on a route of your choice. There is no requirement on where you walk!
We’d love for you to share your walks with us! As you complete a route:
  • Take a selfie at the location
  • Write a caption telling us if this is your first, second or third completed route
  • Post it using: #LCDHDWalktober24
