It is our pleasure to announce the winner of our February LCDHD Employee Excellence Award is Harley Rose!
Harley is a HANDS clerk, based in Wayne County. She was nominated for her exceptional quality of work, as demonstrated by the recent HANDS annual QA site visit finding NO data or billing discrepancies for the entire year. That is outstanding work, Harley! Well done! Harley becomes the second HANDS clerk to receive this honor for this reason (Cindy Melson previously won). It is a HUGE deal to go a whole year with no billing errors, and apparently, we have some exceptional HANDS staff who are pros at their jobs, which is no surprise!
