It is our pleasure to announce the recipient of our August LCDHD Employee Excellence Award. The award goes to… Brooke Garmon!
Brooke is the HANDS supervisor in Adair and Casey Counties. She was nominated for her exceptional teamwork, innovation and leadership by employees in two different programs within the agency. She has embraced the concepts of the new performance evaluation process and has developed best practices for documenting feedback for her team. She has also been actively participating in the supervisor’s lunch and learn sessions. Brooke is her team’s biggest cheerleader and pitches in to help and support them in any way she can. Way to go, Brooke!
