What do our bodies need to be healthy, maintain a healthy weight, and prevent disease?  Nutrition is imagethe food we give our bodies.  The food we give our bodies is fuel that help us grow and perform our daily activities.  We must be aware of our energy needs, food intake and physical activity level to balance and maintain a healthy weight.  Eating a healthy diet with lots of fruits and vegetables each day is the key to maintaining a healthy weight and preventing disease.
