We will discuss healthy eating, how to prevent complications, how moving more can help glucose numbers, what to do when you have highs or lows, weight loss, eating out, medicines, and so much more!

Each class lasts 2 1/2 hours – with breaks! We have lots of fun and you will receive free gifts each class you attend.
