Environmental Health service changes due to COVID-19 Emergency
Environmental Health offices are closed to in-person services during the Emergency. We are only providing emergency services, animal quarantines and limited on-site sewage inspections. Please contact your local office to arrange these services and remember that we must prioritize your request so there may be a longer waiting period than usual. Our environmentalists are the lead preparedness planners in your county as well as the enforcement officers for all of Governor Beshear’s orders. If you have a site evaluation request, we ask that you dig the test holes and alert us so we can work the soil evaluation into our schedules. We will be unable to meet installers on the site at this time.
