Congratulations Shawn Crabtree

Shawn was awarded for being instrumental in the 52 Weeks of Health media initiative and the roll out of the Kentucky Health Departments Association User Forum (an online forum connecting health departments across the state). He was also acknowledged for being a mentor to other health department Directors, and for serving several years as a Kentucky Public Health Leadership Institute Mentor. His support and management of Lake Cumberland District Health Department was also highlighted.
