Got to have water before we can boil it we can not boil what we don't have
That's true.
What's going on with our water? When will it be fixed? The water bill should be cut in half this month. This is crazy. Moved here two months ago and this is the fourth time we have had to go without water. I've got kids so they need to hurry up.
All we know is there was a water main that broke. You'll have to take up issues with your bill directly with the water company. We have no authority over them.
Read the water quality report on your last bill. Need to boil regardless of the main break!
