Attention Russell County. Recently, the Lake Cumberland District Board of Health, the Russell County Board of Health, the Jamestown City Council, and the Russell County Fiscal Court have given their consent to begin a Harm Reduction/Syringe Exchange Program in Russell County. The program started on June 1st, 2017.
