Leah was awarded for all the help with all the Change Master Teams on their KPHLI Projects.

Izetta was awarded for working extra hard during a pertussis outbreak.
October – Lori Davis, Green
Lori was awarded for volunteering to stay late and work on the week-end to meet the vaccine needs of a patient.
September – Lois Walker, District
Lois was awarded for donating her time to trim and maintain our flowers at the district. She also purchases, circulates for signatures and mails “get well” and “thinking of you” cards when employees are sick or have had deaths in their families.
August – Robyn Sneed, District
Robyn was awarded for all the extra effort she puts forth making the arrangements to have the Kentucky Blood Center on site at the staff meetings.
July – Natasha Bowmer, Casey
Natasha was awarded for carrying an extra workload while a co-worker was off.
June – Lisa Anderson, District
Lisa was awarded for designing a server based employee incentive catalogue.
May – Bridgett Kean, Russell
Bridgett was awarded for coordinating and being inspirational in a local “Biggest Loser” effort.
April – Melinda Thomas, Russell
Melinda was awarded for taking extra measures to keep open communication with one of her student’s doctors. This resulted in catching a “deficiency” that, if gone untreated, would have likely resulted in the child’s death in a few years.
March – Allan Ramsey, Wayne
Allan was awarded for being helpful and donating sick time.
February – Kim Kane, Casey
Kim was awarded for taking care of a Boil Water Advisory in the absence of the Environmentalist.
January – Donna Parrish, Clinton
Donna was awarded for organizing collections of necessities and furniture for a family whose house had burned.
