Worth the Wait (WTW) is a sex education program that is taught in eighth and ninth grades. Worth the Wait involves many facets of the community in order to help empower teens to make healthy decisions.

Smart decisions about sex begin with knowledge. Teens are making some very important decisions. We know that as a teenager, you often experience a great desire to be with another person. Hormones, peer pressure, morals and values – all of these influence your decisions. We want you to know the truth. Sexual activity has consequences. How do you deal with the pressure? The success of your future depends on your refusal skills and commitment to making good choices.
