Becoming the HEALTHIEST PEOPLE IN THE WORLD could be accomplished if our citizens would consistently embrace three things: 1) eating normally proportioned helpings of nutritious foods including at least five fruits and vegetables a day, 2) exercising about 30 minutes per day, and 3) avoiding the use of tobacco products.
