is a research-based curriculum focusing on physical activity.

contains safe, age appropriate 10 minute physical activity components that can be integrated into language arts, mathematics, science, social studies, and general health.  The curriculum is designed for kindergarten to fifth grade.

Our Health Educators are providing in-service trainings to administrator and teacher, in hopes to maximum physical activity opportunities in the school setting.
