Take the Diabetes Risk Test
The American Diabetes Association’s (ADA) mission is to prevent and cure diabetes and to improve the lives of all people affected by diabetes. They lead the fight against the deadly consequences of diabetes and fight for those affected by diabetes. While at the ADA site, take the Diabetes Risk Test.
The Kentucky Diabetes Prevention and Control Program (KDPCP) is a public health initiative consisting of a network of state, regional, and local health professionals whose mission is to reduce new cases of diabetes as well as the sickness, disability, and death associated with diabetes and its complications.
The Kentucky Diabetes Network, Inc. (KDN) through a network of public and private partners, strives to improve the treatment and outcomes for Kentuckians with diabetes, to promote early diagnosis, and ultimately to prevent the onset of diabetes.
