Diabetes screening should be considered for all adults who are overweight and have one or more factors which may put them at risk for diabetes.


We offer diabetes screening to patients who have not previously been diagnosed with diabetes and meet criteria defined in our guidelines.  Referrals to a diabetes educator or other community resources are also available.  Please contact the local health department for more information.
