Adult wellness encompasses a wide range of programs including screening, monitoring and education services for cancer, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, and immunizations (such as tetanus, pneumonia, hepatitis A & B, and influenza).  Preventive Health visits can detect minor health problems before they become serious.

imageOur adult health program provides a large array of services to offer our patients assessments and screenings as well as education in order to help them take a proactive approach toward monitoring and developing their health status. Some of these services include family planning (birth control), prenatal care, WIC (Women, Infants & Children food program), medical nutrition therapy, tuberculosis screenings, STD and HIV screenings, diabetes screening and counseling, immunizations, breast and cervical cancer screenings as well as much more.

These services are provided by trained medical providers such as Physicians, ARNPs, RNs, LPNs, Registered Dieticians, etc. These providers adhere to the guidelines set forth by the Department of Public Health’s Public Health Practice Reference ensuring your care is provided at the highest possible professional standard.
